I was watching Gordon Ramseys short videos on how to cook some random easy dish and this video caught my eye Perfect Scrambled Eggs Breakfast:
As many of us I was doing scrambled eggs for ages now, I even taught my daughter how to do that. Sadly I have always been doing it wrong!
I always put salt in from the beginning and it seems that I always overcooked the eggs because they always were watery, not creamy.
So now I watched the video several times and did follow the instructions as precisely as I could. And you know what? I got some perfect scrambled eggs, it was so exciting, I never had scrambled eggs like this it just melted in my mouth. The difference was fucking unbelievable.
I dare you to try it out yourself, you can skip the bread, the tomatos and the mushrooms, just use butter, eggs and half a table spoon of crème fraîche, you will too love it.
