This is terrible, this is obviously a bug in FIFA 16 because this player is obviously offside but the referee didn't react on this. How many maches have I lost at work because of this bug? EA, you guys should really need to fix this.

I can't tell if you're serious or not :P A few years back EA implementet a certain amount of "wrong-judging" for the referees. Meaning: Offside or handballs will not allways be seen by them.
Are the settings set to include offside? Did you pass, if not then it's not offside..
@jeena Dig deeper into the game. You're looking for the bribe the ref option. It should be in the owner's menu.
