Hi, could yoube more precise which links are dead or which git repos are staled? Then I could try to explain it a bit more. We do have one Wordpress plugin which tries to integrate most of the Indieweb functionality, did you find that?

Re: https://jeena.net/notes/887I ran into broken links and stale repos mostly when it came to trying to implement IndieAuth IIRC. The only one I've managed to dig back up is that indiecert.net is down or gone and their most recent update on their GitHub account is over a year old. If I run across others again I'll let you know.
